We accept PayPal, and all major credit cards. We have to charge sales tax in some states.

We usually ship within a day or two of receiving payment. We have a busy schedule, though,especially during the holiday season,so there are sometimes delays of up to a week. If your order has a critical deadline, we will do everything we can to meet it. We ship by Priority mail, and you will receive tracking information when we generate your shipping label.

You may return stock items in their original condition within two weeks of purchase for exchange only. Custom work (custom year or custom stamping, any custom non-stock item) is not returnable.

If you are ordering a Pendant from our Etsy shop, you can choose your preferred chain length (16″, 18″ or 20″) in the drop-down menu of your listing. There are additional drop-down menu options in group listings.
